Small business HVAC on Sprague

Service, maintenance and replacement for Spokane Valley shops, offices, clinics and light industrial units.

Service

Packaged units, splits and unit heaters

The commercial stock along this corridor is a mixture: packaged units on flat roofs, splits serving individual suites, and gas unit heaters in the shops and warehouses behind them. Most of it was installed at different times by different people.

The first visit writes down what is actually there, so the next call starts from a list rather than a climb.

Who calls us

  • Shops and trade countersDoors open in every season, and a counter that has to be comfortable in both of them.
  • Offices and clinicsZones that disagree and schedules left over from a previous tenant.
  • Light industrialUnit heaters, ventilation, and dust that loads filters far faster than a standard interval assumes.
  • Storage and workshopsFreeze protection in winter and ventilation in summer, on equipment nobody has looked at in years.

Maintenance

Two visits, written up

Heating before the cold, cooling before the heat. Filters, coils, drains, belts, electrical connections, safeties and combustion checks — recorded per unit with what changed since the last visit.

Unit heaters get the same treatment: flue condition, draught, controls and the safety side, because they are the equipment most often forgotten until the first cold morning.
